Residential Addition Project This residential addition project is located on the coast of Oak Island in North Carolina. This project involved the addition of of an adjoining two story building, built on pilings to join with the existing first and second floor elevations on the left side of the home. This 15' x 22' area, is designed to be used as an office/library on the first floor and to be used as a recreation room with a full bathroom on the second level. Both of these spaces have abundant windows to take advantage of the seaside scenery. |
